Texas football stars Johntay Cook II, Anthony Hill, Kelvin Banks, and Justice Finkley all signed NIL deals with Vanguard Volkswagen – an Austin, Texas car dealership.
Vanguard Volkswagen announced the NIL deal on Friday.

“We had a special delivery to Justice Finkley, a first-year defensive lineman for the UT Longhorns! Congratulations and welcome to the Vanguard Volkswagen family!” the company wrote on Instagram.

Each of the four Longhorns players also shared the news on their own personal accounts while posing in front of cars.
“Thank you to @vanguardvolkswagen and my guy Chris for the new truck. #vangaurdfamily #hookem,” Banks wrote on his IG.
Cook added that he was “glad to be a part of the Vanguard Volkswagen family here in Austin.”
This past college football season, the Longhorns finished with a 8-5 record.

In the Valero Alamo Bowl, No. 12 Washington pulled out a 27-20 victory over Texas.
Longhorns quarterback Quinn Ewers threw for a team-high 2,177 yards with 15 touchdowns and six interceptions this past year. And running back Bijan Robinson, who already declared for the 2023 NFL Draft, piled up 1,580 rushing yards with 18 rushing scores. He added 314 receiving yards with two more TDs.
Texas will likely be a top contender next season under head coach Steve Sarkisian.
