Beats by Dre unveils inaugural “Beats Elite” class of 15 elite college football players

In the name, image, and likeness (NIL) space, perhaps no other company has a stranglehold on securing more robust deals with current NCAA student-athletes than Beats by Dre. That sentiment holds more weight now since it launched its 2023 promotional campaign on Thursday with the announcement of 15 college football players signing on to promote the audio and headphones industry.

On Thursday, the company announced its inaugural “Beats Elite” class.

The company released a video for the campaign which stars all the student-athletes that Beats by Dre have signed.

The list is a who’s who of the best and brightest college football players. The list includes last year’s Heisman Trophy winner and several Heisman candidates and potential NFL draft picks.

The complete list of 15 student-athletes who are part of the “Beats Elite” class includes:

Caleb Williams- QB USC
Cade Klubnik- QB Clemson
Sam Hartman- QB Notre Dame
Michael Penix– QB Washington
Quinn Ewers- QB Texas
DJ Uiagalelei- QB Oregon State
Kool-Aid McKinstry- DB Alabama
Jalen Milroe- QB Alabama
Shedeur Sanders- QB Colorado
Nick Singleton- RB Penn State
Jayden Daniels- QB LSU
Malaki Starks- DB Georgia
Jordan Travis- QB Florida State
J.J. McCarthy- QB Michigan
Joe Milton- QB Tennessee

With the star appeal that each of the above possesses and their reach through their social media accounts, this collaboration has been a financial boon for both Beats by Dre and the student-athletes who have signed on. Each of the 15 student-athletes has posted on their accounts promoting the custom Beats products.

The college football season begins in earnest this week, with the highlight of the weekend being the battle between the No.5-ranked LSU Tigers and the No.8-ranked Florida State Seminoles tussling in Orlando on Sunday night.
