At the beginning of the video posted on Instagram, she says, “With the release of Final Fantasy XVI, me and my friends want to get you caught up with everything you need to know about the game.”

She can be seen in the commercial engaging in the role-playing game with fellow athletes, such as George Kittle of the San Francisco 49ers, Austin Creed of the WWE, F1 Driver Pierre Gasly, Alphonso Davies, Gabriel Martinelli and Alessia Russo (all professional soccer players) and Olympic gymnast Suni Lee.

Reese follows fellow star college athlete Caleb Williams as ambassadors of the brand. Williams recently became the first college athlete to join PlayStation’s Playmaker program.

Final Fantasy is very popular among gamers. It is a Japanese science fantasy anthology media franchise, with the first release of the game dating back to 1987.

For Reese, this is just another endorsement for the highest NIL earner in all of college basketball in the NIL Space. To say she is a superstar in the NIL world would be an understatement of massive proportions, given that she holds more public NIL deals than any other student-athlete in all of college basketball, according to a recent report from SponsorUnited, a leading sports and entertainment intelligence platform.
